Service Description

Personalized workout, with a focus on attention to detail and high-intensity repetitions with proper form. Cost is based on the number of players in a group. 1 player for $50; 2 players for $80 total; 3 players for $90 total; 4 players for $100 total. Payment can be made using Venmo (@buffalotitans), Cash App ($buffalotitans1), or cash in person.
